Order Cancellation

• Before Work Begins: You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your order before we begin working on it.
• After Work Begins: A 70% refund is available if the project is in progress but less than halfway completed. A 50% refund applies if the project is more than halfway completed.
• After Completion: Refunds are not available once the content has been delivered unless there are significant quality concerns.

Quality Concerns

• If the delivered content does not meet your requirements or initial instructions, you may:
  • Request free revisions to ensure the content aligns with your expectations.
  • Request a partial refund of up to 40% if the content requires significant improvement and revisions cannot resolve the issue.
  • Request a full refund if the content fails to meet the provided instructions and has not been approved or downloaded.

Delivery Delays

• If your content is delivered after the agreed deadline, you may request a partial refund or price adjustment based on the delay.
• Delays caused by incomplete instructions or late material submission from the client are not eligible for refunds.

Duplicate Payments or Orders

• If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or place a duplicate order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately. Duplicate payments will be refunded in full.
